Join me on the Prieuré beach in Dinard for an original walk that combines an introduction to shellfishing (mainly cockles and clams) with a tasting of Breton specialities.
For 2 hours, I'll be sharing my best practices for safe, responsible fishing, my tips and recipes for cooking shellfish and we'll be talking about the Breton specialities we'll be tasting.
