The concept of the Arsaour restaurant is based on marriage between the seasons, the region, freshness and audacity. Service is deconstructed: a drawer with cutlery and plates invite the guests to share the food. Beverages are organic only.
Our Chef Marie VIEL offers a short menu that combines raw food: ceviche, carpaccio, tartare to keep the best of the nutrient, cooked gluten-free food: the "Sarrazines", vegan and tasty signature dessert: l'Arsaour.
