Oyster Club is a two-in-one bar, a combination of a bistro and a fish counter.
We offer you the quintessence of Breton fishing. We source and work the treasures of the sea; that’s why we receive fish and seafood from local fish markets every morning.
As such, you will find on our stall a varied and well-stocked selection according to the fishing and the seasons: oysters from Cancale, langoustines from Guilvinec, pollack from Audierne, Breton lobster or scallops from Saint-Malo: local and ultra-fresh
produce for those who love seafood pleasures.
Not forgetting our homemade preparations such as our smoked fish, stuffed clams and rillettes — all with our homemade mayonnaise, organic bread and Bordier butter!
In our seafood lazaretto, which looks like an Alladin’s cave, we share large wooden tables under the kindly gaze of the Bigoudènes and the old sea bass respectfully framed.
