She offers personalised support according to your availability, your physical condition and your goals (physical preparation, retraining for a sports activity, wellness sports, senior gym, weight loss, mobility and relaxation, among others).
At home, outdoors or at your workplace, Suzy will be at your side to guide you towards a healthier lifestyle.
The sessions can be done alone, with family, friends or colleagues. Suzy also works in companies as part of ‘Well-being in the workplace’ and ‘Gestures and postures awareness programmes.
Sometimes, all it takes is a little careful guidance to re-assess your limits and learn to stretch them!
