Culinary workshop in Pleurtuit. Discover the secrets of Breton crêpes in our Rozell and Spanell workshops, open to participants aged 16 and over! Located in the heart of the Emerald Coast in Pleurtuit, these workshops invite you to dive into the art of crêpe-making, a true Breton tradition.

Rénate Le Berre is passionate about her craft. She will teach you how to use the billig, master the rozell, and handle the spanell to spread the batter like a true professional. This friendly moment is the perfect opportunity to learn how to prepare crêpe batter. You’ll also receive tips on its preservation, as well as on the maintenance of the crêpe griddles. During this two-hour workshop (from 10 AM to 12 PM or from 3 PM to 5 PM), you will share the billigs and refine your technique.
