Ombelle is the result of a beautiful meeting between Ludivine and Alexandre, two passionate individuals who love products, wines, and conviviality! Over the seasons, through collaborations with local producers and the aromatic herbs and flowers from our own garden, we offer our guests a vision of authentic, instinctive cuisine.


How would you define your cooking style?

French cuisine, of the moment, where the vegetables from our local farmers play a key role on the plate.


What are your tips for highlighting local products?

Choose products from close by and cook them simply. The Dinard market is a goldmine, and our surroundings are full of unique products!

How do you work with local products? 

By keeping it simple and adding a touch of originality, so it’s not something you’d make at home!


What are your tricks for putting a twist on classic recipes?

We love the “land & sea” twist, like our margate tagliatelle with Dinan black pudding, or a guinea fowl & lobster broth.
