Cook And Make - Pâtisserie Chocolaterie

Marine, the creator of Cook and Make, welcomes you to her traditional patisserie-chocolaterie in the Landes village of Tréméreuc.

A CAP pastry, chocolate and confectionery graduate, she also won the departmental and regional silver medals in the prestigious Meilleur Apprenti de France chocolate-making competition.

Marine prepares delicious home-made chocolates, pastries and confectionery for you. She also offers pastry-making classes for young and old alike. All her pastries are made to order, to limit food waste and guarantee optimum freshness. Her creations are made with local ingredients, such as fresh eggs from the Langrolay farm, and chocolate containing 99.9% milk from the Saint-Malo dairy (for milk and white chocolate). This French chocolate, which is low in sugar and free from soya lecithin, palm oil, preservatives and colourings, is carefully selected for its authenticity.

Discover our specialities, in particular our flagship products: the caramel bar with Guérande flower of salt, the waves of Saint-Malo, and our marshmallow bears with a salted butter caramel centre.
