La Villa Douce

This magnificent, contemporary architect-designed house (built in 2022) features quality materials and a quiet, secure location.
The house comprises a large living room with dining room and fitted kitchen opening onto a sheltered, sunny terrace with direct access to the swimming pool, which is heated from late April to October, and the summer kitchen.

There is a master suite on the ground floor and 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs, each with its own private shower room with walk-in shower.

You can enjoy the terrace with its plancha in the summer kitchen: a dining area in an enclosed garden planted with trees, as well as deckchairs by the heated swimming pool. The garden, which offers a space dedicated to relaxation, is illuminated in the evening for guaranteed well-being. The villa has a boules pitch for your relaxation.

Beds are made on arrival and towels are provided.

Two cars can be parked in front of the house, and parking spaces are also available in the development.

This villa is located in La Richardais, a commune on the banks of the Rance, bordering Dinard, on the Emerald Coast opposite Saint-Malo, between Mont Saint-Michel and Cap Fréhel.

St Malo SNCF train station is 10 minutes away by car, and Dinard airport is 5 minutes away.
Easy access to the St-Malo / Dinard dual carriageway.

The beaches of Dinard are a 5-minute drive away. The village of La Richardais and its various shops are within walking distance. The Dinard golf course is 10 minutes away by car, and the cinema-bowling and laser game are just 1 minute from the house.

Minimum stay 3 nights.
Weekend rental: arrival on Friday from 4 p.m. and departure at 2.30 p.m. on Sunday.
Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday only during school holidays. Arrival free on other days outside school holidays.
