Our savoir-faire: unique and 100% homemade creations
- Traditional biscuits sold in beautiful iron boxes: palets, buckwheat shortbread biscuits, salted butter caramel biscuits, palmiers, rochers coco…
- Traditional Breton cakes: the inimitable kouign-amann, a soft butter cake best enjoyed warm.
- Le Pommard, traditional apple pound cake, Breton far, and many other cakes inspired by the seasons
- A range of levain breads: rye, buckwheat, einkorn wheat…
- Dish of the day made on location by our chefs.
