Treat yourself to a unique experience by taking part in culinary workshops at La Maison des Gabariers, led by our chef Anthony Lagrange. A teacher at the prestigious Lycée Hôtelier in Dinard, Anthony has 15 years' experience working in top restaurants around the world. Back in his native Brittany, in Pleudihen-sur-Rance, he now shares his passion for local, fresh, seasonal produce, sublimating aromas and flavors with boundless creativity.
Inspired by his Peruvian wife, a trained pastry chef, Anthony enriches his creations with exotic and original notes. His unrivalled teaching skills make each workshop as enriching as it is convivial.
These workshops, lasting a minimum of three hours, are designed for small groups of 3 to 6 people, guaranteeing a moment of exchange and proximity. Themes vary according to your desires: making fresh pasta, mastering fish cooking and sauces, and many more. We also offer tailor-made programs, adapted to the specific requirements of our customers.
Classes are usually held on Fridays, or on request. A perfect opportunity to learn, create and share a gourmet moment in the warm and refined setting of the Maison des Gabariers.
For professional seminars, we also offer specially adapted team workshops. These sessions reinforce team spirit while you discover the secrets of gastronomy with a passionate expert.
