Les Balcons du Béchet

Bordering the Emerald Coast between Dinard, Lancieux and Cap Fréhel and very close to Saint-Malo, the former small fishing village of St Briac sur mer sits like a pearl facing the sea, a seaside resort of unbridled charm, elegant and confidential, bordered by no less than 9 fine sandy beaches and a favourite with many artists.

We're passionate about Brittany and want you to experience and discover it, so it's a pleasure for us to share with you the unique relaxed lifestyle of the seaside by staying the time of your holiday in our charming seaside rental in the Béchet residence, 100 metres from the beach, in the heart of St Briac-sur-Mer.

Our very comfortable 41 m² flat is located in a luxury building on the garden level, with a 9 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture and a 15 m² small garden, private parking space and 2 bicycles provided. From June to September, a beach cabin is reserved for you on the Béchet beach.

It comprises a living room opening onto the terrace with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, full set of crockery and cutlery, fridge-freezer, electric coffee machine, Nespresso machine), table and chairs, armchair, flat-screen TV.
1 Bedroom with 160x200 cm bed or 2 80x200 cm beds

Bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. Washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Linen provided: bed linen and towels, kitchen towels.

Designed as an ideal cocoon for your holidays, just a stone's throw from the town centre and its shopping streets, a stone's throw from the Salinette beach and its typical white bathing cabins, facing the St Briac peninsula.
Here you'll find everything you need for a relaxing, peaceful and enjoyable stay. From Les Balcons du Béchet, you can marvel at the golden light of the sun setting over Cap Fréhel, hike along the GR34 customs path lined with pine trees and mimosas, golf at the Dinard golf course just 5 minutes away (one of the most famous in France), admire the magnificent panorama over the sea, sample the sweet delights of the Nessay patisserie, treat yourself to a unique moment at dinner, a snack or an aperitif at the Château du Nessay, or cycle along the coastal road.
