SERVICE WELCOME : Preparation of your residence before your arrival: ventilation of the house, dust removal, water commissioning, EDF.....

KENAVO SERVICE: Leave your home "as it is". We will come to do the cleaning, manage waste, turn off the water, EDF, close the shutters.

GUARDING SERVICE: Monthly inspection visit, we will check if everything is in conformity (water damage, break-ins...)

RENTAL SERVICE: Preparing your home for your arrivals. Intervention or assistance in case of problems with your hosts.

MAINTENANCE PACKAGE: Small DIY and gardening work. Maintenance work and site monitoring.

But also, preparation for sale or rental.
