HIGH SEASON
From April 1st to September 30th, 2024
> Hourly Rates:
Outdoor Parking (9 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 7 pm, Sundays and public holidays included, except July-August from 9 am to 7 pm):
€1.80 per hour / 1 hour free during the day / limited to 3.5 hours (post-parking fee of €35 from 3:45 pm)
Underground Parking (Maréchal Leclerc, Halles, Newquay*):
Day (9 am to 7 pm): €1.80 per hour with 1 hour free
Night (7 pm to 9 am): €0.80 per hour with 1 hour free
Raphaël Veil Parking in July and August:
Day: €1.80 per hour with 1 hour free
Night: €0.80 per hour with 1 hour free
Parking is free from September to June.

NEW: 6 secure and connected bicycle boxes have been installed at the Raphaël Veil parking.

In Saint-Briac-sur-Mer
Traffic and Parking Plan – Summer Season Only
Town Center Area:
From Saturday, July 6th, 2024, to Sunday, September 1st, 2024, it is prohibited to park a vehicle for more than one hour between 9 am and 1 pm, and between 3 pm and 7 pm on the following roads and parking areas:
- Parking in front of the old market halls
- Market square parking (Place de la Mairie)
- Parking in front of the “Carrefour Express” convenience store (Rue du Chemin)
- Rue du Commandant Thoreux (from number 4 to number 6)
- Rue de la Mairie
- Rue Emile Bernard
Béchet Area:
It is prohibited to park a vehicle for more than two and a half hours between 9 am and 7 pm on the following roads and parking areas:
- Parking in front of the Port Office
- Boulevard du Béchet
- Parking on Rue de la Salinette (from the end of Boulevard du Béchet to the start of Place Louis Delage).

Information for hikers’ parking
The parking areas near the beaches (Béchet, Petite Salinette, and Port Hue) have limited capacity and fill up quickly. Therefore, hikers are encouraged to park at the Pont de Lancieux and Balcon d’Émeraude parking areas.

Community council of the Emerald Coast
For the other communes within the Côte d’Émeraude community, parking is free. However, some blue zones limit the parking duration during certain times of the year. You can obtain a European parking disc at tobacconists, newsagents, or supermarkets in the “automotive items” section. It is also available at the Saint-Briac-sur-Mer town hall for €1. (Please note: failure to display a disc or exceeding the time limit will result in a €35 fine.)

- Rue Gouyon Matignon in front of collège « Le Bocage », except during school period.
In Saint-Briac-sur-Mer
It is possible to park a coach at the Pont du Frémur parking lot (motorhome parking) provided that you notify the local police in advance.
In Saint-Lunaire
A parking spot at the Décollé parking lot.
In Lancieux
Parking is available at the church parking lot.
Bicycle parking
Dinard
6 secure bicycle boxes – Raphaël Veil Parking.
Accessible 24/7 – You can leave your equipment on the bikes, with assisted bike storage thanks to the guide rail and wheel stopper…
Rates:
€1 per day and €5 per week.
Using the bicycle storage is simple:
- Go to the bicycle parking page in Dinard, create an account, and select your storage box to check the real-time availability of spaces.
- Choose the ticket that suits your needs.
- Unlock the storage box door via Bluetooth on your phone at the terminal located to the left of the bike shelter door (you can also use your Korrigo transport card to unlock the box if it is linked to your account).
- Park your bike, remembering to secure it to the rack with a lock or anti-theft device.
Over 600 secure and free bicycle parking spaces are available on bike racks throughout the commune!
There are two multimodal areas on our territory where you can leave your bike safely:
- La Richardais – L’Hermitage: 10 free bike boxes (locked with your own lock or U-lock) and 4 bike racks.
- La Richardais – La Ville Billy: Several free bike boxes.
- Tréméreuc: 4 free bike boxes (locked with your own lock or U-lock).
